American Caving Accidents - Bill Putnam is keeping accident reports for now. Paquette recommends publishing a list of all certified NCRC instructors, with their recertification dates, bios and photos of all NCRC Regional Coordinators, reports of annual Seminar - photos, etc. Mirza moves, Ohms seconds to approve and act upon the above recommendation of the Executive Vice-President, as appropriate. Unanimously approved Mirza moves, Mosberg seconds to post a current list of NCRC instructors and their certification dates to the NCRC Web site. Unanimously approved Book status - still progressing but on hold due to the Parnell auto accident. Mirza moves, Bowers seconds to set October 1 as a "drop dead" date to get all remaining chapters out for review, or seek other authors to draft the missing material. Rodgers abstains, rest approve.
